All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. An order is confirmed only when you receive an email confirmation from us. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our payment partner Razorpay. All payment transactions are encrypted and secure.

Delivery timelines and conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference, governs all return and refund requests. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in that policy.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors or textures will be accurate. Minor variations between product images and actual products do not constitute grounds for a return.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dibrugarh, Assam, India.
