Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once opened, perishable food items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or incorrect.

1. Email us at hello@chaikachain.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns). 3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 3 days of receiving the label. 4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. We do not charge any restocking fees.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: - Your order number - A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item.

The following items cannot be returned: - Opened tea packets - Custom or personalized gift orders - Items purchased during final-sale promotions (clearly marked at purchase)

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, the order enters our dispatch process and cannot be cancelled. For post-dispatch situations, please use the returns process above.
