Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines our commitment to getting your freshly blended teas to you securely and on time. We process and ship orders carefully from our facilities to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timelines
Standard Delivery (Free above ₹799): 4–7 business days across India.
Express Delivery (₹99 flat): 1–3 business days, available at checkout for select pin codes.
Remote / Hilly Areas: May take up to 10 business days due to courier limitations.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹799 or above, delivered anywhere in India. For orders below ₹799, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.

Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery pin code to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is in development. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Delays & Exceptions
Chai Ka Chain is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs processing, or other events outside our control. We will, however, keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve issues wherever possible.
